Matelux is the trade name for glass on the surface of which is achieved on one or both sides (double side) by a chemical process of matting the satin appearance.

These glasses can be supplied as clear or colored in the material in shades of bronze, green, gray or blue.

A mirror effect can also be achieved by applying a reflective layer on the opposite side.
