LAMINATED GLASS

Laminated safety glass consists of two or more sheets of glass and one or more polyvinyl butyral (PVB) films or ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) films.

If the glass breaks, the shards will remain attached to the foil.

The number of glass panes and foils determines the level of safety and appearance required.

The selected composition of glasses and foils provides:

  • sun protection

  • decoration / design - appearance depends on the type of glass or foil: clear, colored, frosted, with decorative print

  • bulletproofness - different classes of bulletproofness are determined by the composition of the layers

Safety   the level is always determined by the project according to the client's requirements and existing European standards
